Refund policy

We want you to love your Meridiva purchase. If something isn't right, we're here to help.

30-Day Returns: You may request a return within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in original packaging.

Damaged or defective items: Email us at meridivastore@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund — no need to return the item.

Change of mind returns: We accept returns for unopened, unused items. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.

Refunds: Processed within 5–7 business days once the return is confirmed.

Non-returnable: Used items or items without original packaging cannot be returned.
